Head sizes are a funny thing, there's no one size fits all. But we have you covered from Super Grom up to Super Melon, and we’re yet to find a head they don’t fit.

YES! All of our hats are stocked in kids sizes all the way up to Dads big Melon.

Our Super Grom size will fit a toddler up to a 6 year old.

Kids often have adult sized noggins though so we keep all our hats displayed in the same product profile. Check out our size guide to find the right size for your young adventurer.

Standard - $8, or free over $100
Express - $12, or free over $250

Please check our shipping policy for country rates. We offer free standard delivery over $150, or express over $250.

Yes! We are based in Sydney Australia, but our hats are being worn by legends across the globe, including pro surfers in the US.

We use AusPost to send our online orders, and Standard and Express shipping is available. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for your order. Visit our shipping terms here to find out more.

We want to get you out in your hat as soon as possible and our orders are usually in the post within 48hrs, usually the same day the order is placed.

Shipping times vary by location however we use Australia Post for all of our shipping. Within Australia, this typically takes 2-6 days for standard delivery, and 1-3 days for express. You can check their latest delivery times here.

If you aren’t 100% happy with your new hat, or it doesn’t fit quite right, we’re here to help. Getting you sun safe on the water is our biggest priority!

We accept returns of new, unused items for exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

To minimise returns, please refer to our size guide and measure carefully before ordering. We’re happy to answer questions and help you find your perfect Plow! We do ask that you avoid purchasing multiple sizes with the intention of returning, it’s better for the environment as well as your pocket!

Unfortunately we can’t personalise individual surf hats, it’s something we’d love to do in the future, but we’re excited to have partnered with surf life saving clubs across Australia to create personalised Plow’s for their nippers and members.
