1. Promoter This giveaway is run by Plow Surf Co. ("the Promoter"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
2. Eligibility This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Plow Surf Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period The giveaway opens on [START DATE] and closes at 11:59 PM (AEDT) on March 12, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter To enter, participants must:
  1. Follow @plowsurfco and @cronullasurffestival on Instagram.
  2. Like the giveaway post.
  3. Tag a friend in the comments (each tag equals one entry; multiple entries allowed).
5. Prize The winner will receive:
  • 1x Plow Surf Hat
  • 1x Free Skin Check (to be redeemed at the Cronulla Surf Festival on March 15, 2025)
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement The winner will be randomly selected and announced on March 13, 2025, via Plow Surf Co.’s Instagram Stories and contacted via DM. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
7. Prize Redemption The skin check must be redeemed at the Cronulla Surf Festival on March 15, 2025. The winner must arrange their attendance and present valid ID upon claiming the prize.
8. Additional Terms
  • Plow Surf Co. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent entry.
  • By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for this competition.
  • By participating, entrants agree to allow Plow Surf Co. to use their Instagram handle and any provided content for promotional purposes.
